But the good news is that matcha is rich in tea polyphenols and catechins, and there is not much difference between different products.

However, there are also some green tea powders that are directly ground into powder from ordinary green tea. The name "Matcha" is also added to the products whose particles are not fine, the taste is not fresh, and the color is not bright green or even yellowish. Everyone should pay attention when purchasing.

Color: Matcha powder is emerald green or bright green, and the color is bright, and the color of the tea soup is green or dark green;

Fragrance: There is an obvious seaweed fragrance, fresh and delicate;
